Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data NextBench collects, why, and your rights. NextBench is based in Dubai, UAE ("we"). We handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and other laws that apply to us.
What we collect
- Searches: what you type in the school finder, to show results. We don't link searches to your name.
- Seat alerts and waitlists: your email, area, your child's year group or your planned start year, and your consent.
- School enquiries: your name, mobile number, email (optional), your child's year group, start date and your message.
- School partners: the contact details of school staff who get in touch with us.
- Technical data: basic logs from our hosting provider, such as IP address and browser type, used for security.
We don't ask for your child's name, date of birth or any documents.
How we use it
- To send your enquiry to the one school you chose. That school then handles your data under its own privacy policy.
- To send the alerts or updates you asked for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To run, secure and improve NextBench.
We never sell your personal data, and we never share it with schools you didn't contact.
Who processes it for us
We use trusted providers to host the website and handle forms and email, currently Cloudflare (website hosting and form storage) and our email provider. Some of them store data outside the UAE. We only use providers with appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: up to 12 months. Alerts and waitlists: until you unsubscribe. Then we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within 30 days.
Cookies
NextBench doesn't use advertising cookies. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. If we add analytics, we'll update this policy first.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for important changes, tell people on our email lists.
